Brass theodolite. Marked TF-5, 3 MV, N1652, 1960R, 3MN, XAP6KOB. We think may be from the Soviet Union, being marked with the Russian word for Kharkiv, a city in the Ukraine. Theodolites are used in surveying, measuring both the horizontal and vertical angles between different visible points. 6"D x 12"H
